Fleet Upkeep Group

The Fleet Upkeep Group plans and carries out annual and periodic inspections on the valuable vessels that have been entrusted to us by their owners; we also plan and budget periodic repairs in dock.
In addition, we support different types of maintenance work carried out on board by crew members, and work with crew members in order to carry out emergency responses to mechanical failures and major accidents.

As of January 1, 2018, we are currently maintaining and managing a total of 15 vessels: 9 general cargo ships and 6 bulk carriers.

In the past we have experience managing container ships, reefer ships, cement carriers, and livestock carriers, as well as general cargo ships and bulk carriers; since our founding we have managed around 35 ocean-going vessels.

Further, we have experience with the procedures involved in buying and selling ships, supervising and confirming operations of ships, including loading and unloading, when in port, and overseeing the construction of new vessels.

Supervising the building of new ships naturally involves oversight of the construction status to meet specifications, but we also offer assistance with ship owners’ special requirements, and support that reflects the knowhow we have cultivated as a ship management company in the construction of new vessels.
